About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented General Manager to lead daily business operations and oversee a high-achieving team at Business Athletes Association in Toledo, OH. This leadership role focuses on cultivating a culture emphasizing excellence and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving business performance through managing day-to-day functions, leading a dynamic team, and expanding sales by engaging both existing and new customers. This will be achieved using networking, referrals, public relations campaigns, and active social media marketing.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication abilities required to promote and increase insurance sales among potential and current clients. Compensation
The remuneration for this position ranges between $82,500 and $97,500 annually.
