Role Overview

Our organization, a prominent main contractor in the region, is actively searching for experienced Executive Directors to spearhead the execution of prestigious 5-star luxury hotel developments. This senior leadership position is ideal for professionals with a demonstrated history of successfully overseeing large-scale hospitality projects, ensuring excellence in delivery, and guiding high-performing teams from initial concept to final completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate robust business strategies and plans that align seamlessly with the organization's objectives.
• Manage, conceptualize, market, and execute highly complex development projects.
• Provide executive oversight in designing, developing, and implementing systems and processes aimed at enhancing safety, operational efficiency, organizational growth, and strong financial health.
• Initiate and execute programs focusing on continuous improvement to enrich experiences for clients, providers, and employees.
• Identify, analyze, and manage business risks while regularly informing senior leadership about potential exposures and strategic mitigations.
• Oversee design coordination activities, including selection and contracting of architects, contractors, and consultants, as well as design review and administration.
• Ensure all project management protocols are rigorously followed to deliver projects timely, safely, and within budget.
• Develop and track performance metrics and key indicators to guarantee successful completion of all organizational projects and programs within set schedules and budgets.

Qualifications & Experience

• A mandatory Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture is required.
• Candidates should possess between 20 and 25 years of industry experience with a minimum of 8 to 10 years in director-level roles.
• Proven expertise in leading luxury hospitality, mixed-use, or premium development projects, preferably within the GCC region.
