Role Overview
The Executive Director position at CapitalG Finance is a full-time remote opportunity centered on providing visionary leadership, managing daily operations, and accelerating growth across all service areas and business units. The individual will be responsible for defining organizational objectives, guiding teams to align with strategic goals, and ensuring successful implementation of business plans alongside fiscal management.
Key Responsibilities

- Oversee operational performance by monitoring key metrics and approving significant initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Extensive executive leadership experience in sectors like finance, investment, or banking, competent in handling complex operations and diverse teams.
- Proficient in strategic planning, business growth tactics, organizational management including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating performance.
- Strong financial literacy to analyze financial reports, manage risks, and comply with industry and legal standards.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills to effectively collaborate within and outside the organization.
- Demonstrated success in managing remote teams while fostering inclusive and accountable workplace culture.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or related discipline is required; advanced degrees such as an MBA or certifications like CFA or CPA are preferred.
- Competence with digital collaboration tools and data analytics to support decision-making processes in remote settings.
- A commitment to high ethical standards, sound judgment, and swift decision-making in dynamic environments.
