This opportunity is for experienced executives passionate about coaching and mentoring, enabling them to balance work and life flexibly while positively influencing various businesses through their leadership skills.

Role Overview

As an Executive Coach with a focus on C-suite and senior leadership, your responsibility will be to assist senior executives in reaching their major goals and realizing their full potential. Utilizing a proven, structured coaching methodology (with training provided), you'll offer tailored guidance, constructive feedback, and deep insights to improve your clients' leadership effectiveness and decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years in successful high-level roles at VP or C-suite level positions such as CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, CIO, or equivalents.
• Strong communication and influence skills that encourage collaboration and productive results.
• Solid business knowledge including understanding of strategy, market factors, and leadership best practices.

Preferred but not required: Holds a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant area, with experience in team building and business development being advantageous.
