Executive Assistant - Creative Company

An expanding and forward-thinking creative firm is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) to act as the chief support to the company founder. Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client research and systematically organize prospective leads.
• Maintain and keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date.
• Execute outreach efforts targeted at clients.
• Take comprehensive meeting notes and distribute them promptly.
• Manage the executive's calendar and arrange travel plans.
• Handle personal assistant tasks such as running errands and scheduling appointments.
• Plan and coordinate special events like the company's annual retreat.
• Investigate and implement new tools including artificial intelligence solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Comfortable using artificial intelligence technologies in the workflow.
• Prior familiarity with HubSpot CRM is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must reside in Los Angeles and be available for occasional in-person meetings.
• Seeking a committed individual interested in a long-term EA position rather than pursuing rapid advancement in the entertainment sector.

Additional Information

Compensation

The salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $65,000 annually.
