About the Role
An outstanding opening is available for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to two leading senior executives within a large, intricate, and mission-driven organisation. Positioned at the core of executive operations, this role demands strategic, operational, and administrative leadership that advances key priorities, governance protocols, stakeholder relations, and executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complex executive calendars and balance multiple pressing priorities.
- Develop executive-level reports, briefing documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage and coordinate governance-related documentation and board reporting.
- Track and ensure progress of strategic initiatives, action items, and executive projects.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Organise executive gatherings, meetings, travel arrangements, and critical engagements.
- Lead and support a team of Executive Assistants.
- Handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Implement continuous improvements to executive support workflows and systems.
Candidate Profile
- Highly organised and innovative professional experienced in partnering with CEO, Executive Director, or C-suite executives.
- Proven extensive experience providing support within complex organisational structures.
- Exceptional skills in written communication and preparing presentations.
- Solid background in governance, board, or executive committee support.
- Superior stakeholder management skills with excellent judgment and professionalism.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams of executive support professionals.
- Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve independently, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovative mindset focused on process enhancements and solutions.
- Willingness to travel occasionally upon request.
