Overview
Meta is currently looking for a highly organized and experienced Executive Administrative Partner to provide comprehensive support to Directors within the Meta leadership team. The ideal candidate will excel at managing complex schedules, coordinating extensive travel arrangements, and fostering effective communication across the broader Meta organization. This is a full-time onsite position.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings efficiently.
- Handle intricate calendar management and adjustments.
- Prepare and process expense reports and purchase requests.
- Arrange domestic and international travel plans.
- Organize workspace planning, strategic offsite events, and team-wide meetings.
- Develop collaborative relationships across departments.
- Work closely with lead administrative staff.
- Disseminate major company and organizational updates to administration and cross-functional teams.
- Perform general office duties as required.
Mandatory Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience supporting one or more executives administratively.
- Minimum 4 years of managing executive calendars and expense reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to prioritize several projects simultaneously.
- Minimum 4 years experience coordinating executive travel logistics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in organizing offsite events and team-building programs.
- Familiarity supporting teams across multiple regions.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
- Adaptability to multitask and pivot quickly between priorities.
- Proven use of AI tools to optimize workflows, improve efficiency and quality.
- Knowledge of ethical AI practices including risk evaluation and bias prevention.
- Ongoing AI skills development including prompt engineering and staying up to date with AI advancements.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges from $86,091 to $118,310 annually, complemented by bonuses, equity options, and benefits. Final compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
