About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Administrative Business Partner to support senior leaders in a dynamic global technology setting. This contract position is based in London with a hybrid work schedule requiring presence in the office from Tuesday to Thursday. The engagement runs from 7 September 2026 to 14 June 2027, operating from 9:00am to 6:00pm UK time.
The ideal candidate thrives in a complex international environment, adeptly managing priorities in a fast-paced context while delivering exceptional operational assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage intricate executive calendars spanning multiple time zones to enable leaders to focus on critical priorities.
- Coordinate international travel arrangements including detailed itineraries, visa processing, logistics, and respecting executive preferences.
- Prepare for meetings by organizing agendas, assembling presentations and materials, and managing follow-up actions.
- Handle expenses, invoices, purchase orders, and assist with budget oversight.
- Lead organizing events such as internal and external meetings, leadership gatherings, off-site sessions, summits, and organizational initiatives.
- Support the development of office culture, employee engagement activities, and strategic site programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operational support.
- Manage sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Anticipate operational challenges, propose solutions proactively, and keep senior stakeholders informed ahead of time.
Experience and Skills Required
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Business Partner.
- Proven experience supporting Director-level or higher executives.
- Background working in large, complex multinational organizations.
- Exceptional skills in calendar, travel, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability in event planning and program management.
- Proficient in managing budgets, processing expenses, and invoices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Adept at prioritizing multiple tasks within a fast-moving environment.
Desirable: Proficiency in French language.
Additional Information
- Compensation is £34.62 per hour.
- Travel requirements include 4 to 6 trips annually across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
- Work location is hybrid, based in London, with office attendance required from Tuesday to Thursday.
