Mindrift, leveraging Toloka's established leadership as an enterprise AI and machine learning data provider since 2014, empowers expert practitioners to shape generative AI models' learning processes. Toloka AI facilitates advanced model training by creating domain-specific reinforcement learning settings, evaluation frameworks, and tasks developed by industry veterans.

Role Overview

We are initiating a domain dedicated to Management Consulting to replicate genuine consulting project experiences into well-structured learning scenarios for AI. This involves collaborating with a team of seasoned strategy consultants from premier consulting firms to craft comprehensive examples—from issue identification and planning through analysis, insight synthesis, and presentation of recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create authentic consulting project scenarios reflecting real-world engagement dynamics, including industry context, financial data, limitations, conflicting information, and incomplete datasets.
• Decompose consulting engagements into discrete, structured analytical tasks akin to real consulting activities such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost reduction, growth strategies, operational assessments, and benchmarking.
• Develop evaluation standards including grading rubrics and ideal solutions to train and fine-tune large language model-based grading systems for assessing AI performance at scale.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of three years' direct experience with at least one top-tier strategy consulting firm: McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain & Company, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte (Deloitte Strategy & Consulting), EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy& (PwC).
• Expertise in structuring ambiguous client challenges into clear analytical frameworks and workable plans.
• Experience in creating financial models, conducting market analysis, synthesizing unstructured inputs into coherent findings.
• Proven ability to deliver polished client materials under pressure and construct defensible recommendations amidst uncertainty.
• Proficient in logical reasoning and meticulous about quality assurance in deliverables.
• Capable of working independently with a self-driven approach.
• Proficient written English skills at a B2 level or higher.
• No specialized technical background is necessary, as training for required tools is provided.

Compensation

Participants can earn up to $60 per hour equivalent, with exact rates adjusted according to contribution level and speed. Compensation rates vary among different projects based on their demands, complexity, and required expertise.
