Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Event Rostering Coordinator to join our Venue & Event Operations department in a full-time, permanent position based in Auckland CBD. This role entails managing staff scheduling to ensure optimal staffing levels that fulfill both safety requirements and excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather comprehensive information needed for event staffing and determine requirements for staff scheduling.
  • Assign and organize rosters for the Event Services team, café staff, and other departments as necessary.
  • Communicate any roster updates to teams, monitor staff availability and absenteeism, and identify current and future staffing gaps.
  • Maintain and optimize the Humanforce rostering system to ensure smooth operation for business and staff needs.
  • Support the ongoing development and upkeep of databases, systems, policies, and procedures within the Event Services department, providing necessary administrative assistance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Rostering Support Administration team and offer administrative support to the Operations department.
