Job Overview
We are looking for a capable, creative, and well-organized Events Coordinator to join our team. This role is based in London and is perfect for someone who has experience managing high-profile clients and a strong interest in wellness events.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support during events, including setting up, breaking down, managing logistics, and maintaining a visible presence to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in event planning processes, including organizing schedules and managing orders to facilitate successful event execution.
- Communicate promptly and effectively with clients and event attendees to handle any adjustments or unexpected situations professionally.
Candidate Profile
- Must be based in London.
- Prior experience working on events is essential.

Additional Information
