Overview
This role centers around leading and inspiring your team to ensure smooth and effective store operations while consistently delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing service role.
- Strong communication capabilities.
- Capacity to collaborate in a dynamic environment, multitasking well under pressure.
- Skills in organizing tasks, delegating duties, and supporting team members.
Main Responsibilities

- Serve as an accessible role model promoting teamwork and maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Coordinate with day management or supervisors to implement layout changes correctly.
- Set exemplary standards in product rotation, merchandising, and shelf presentation.
- Participate in the onboarding, training, and development processes of new staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and according to store policies.
- Adopt and support innovative initiatives and new methodologies within the store.
