Role Overview
The Estimator will be tasked with accurately determining project costs and assessing the feasibility of undertaking projects in alignment with the company's competitive strengths. This role involves leveraging organizational advantages during bidding to maximize success.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay informed about industry competitive advantages to support effective bidding strategies.
- Identify and address cost inconsistencies by gathering and evaluating relevant data.
- Secure precise quotations for materials and systems to ensure reliable cost projections.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Preferred 1 to 3 years of experience within construction-related roles.
