Role overview
Clean Harbors is hiring seasoned Class DZ/AZ operators for its Sudbury, Ontario site. The role involves operating industrial service equipment such as vacuum units, high-pressure systems, combo units, and steamer units. This is an onsite position based in Sudbury, ON, and only local candidates within about one hour of the city will be considered.

What you'll do
- Keep safety first by following all safe-work procedures, policies, and processes at all times.
- Drive and operate vacuum equipment.
- Support equipment setup and staging.
- Rig equipment in and out as needed.
- Carry out pre-trip and post-trip inspections, field-level risk assessments, and related documentation.
- Handle general shop work and labour tasks when required.
- Work in confined spaces and use a supplied breathing air apparatus.
What we're looking for
- A valid minimum Class DZ driver’s licence.
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles, which is mandatory.
- Prior experience in industrial and/or construction environments.
- Previous experience operating vacuum, combo, or high-pressure trucks.
- Comfort working with little supervision in a collaborative, safety-focused setting.
