Role Overview
This leadership position involves guiding the development of comprehensive process architecture, classification, and business process reengineering efforts across a complex, multi-entity organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish an enterprise-wide process architecture based on value chains, structured across five hierarchical levels (L1 to L5) with standardized reference codes.
- Create a process classification framework aligned to distinct business domains.
- Design future-state (TO-BE) business processes, defining cross-entity hand-offs outlining responsible parties and service level agreements (SLAs) for interfaces.
- Develop executable process models adhering strictly to BPMN 2.0 and DMN standards ensuring alignment with runtime systems.
- Create and maintain a catalog of reusable process components for organizational efficiency.
Candidate Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years' hands-on experience in process design or business process reengineering.
- Prior experience operating within large, multi-entity corporations.
- Proficiency with process taxonomy and architecture, including familiarity with APQC PCF cross-walks.
- Experience in government or public sector environments is highly desirable.
