Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Engineer/Senior Engineer to join our dedicated team. This role involves leading and mentoring engineering technicians to boost team effectiveness and guarantee smooth maintenance workflows.

The successful candidate will oversee the upkeep of all hotel equipment to ensure ongoing, trouble-free operation, reducing downtime to enhance guest satisfaction. Emergency maintenance requests will be handled with urgency and professionalism.

Responsibilities also include planning, supervising, and executing engineering projects that align with hotel infrastructure enhancement and operational objectives. Supporting audit and training initiatives will be necessary to maintain compliance and advance team competencies. Reliable management of shift operations is critical to provide continuous engineering support and uphold seamless hotel functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven background in electrical engineering and maintenance within a hotel or resort environment
• Previous experience as an Engineer or similar role in hotel or building maintenance
• Willingness to work on shifts as required
• A minimum educational qualification of Diploma or Certificate in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
