Role Overview

As an Endpoint Security Engineer based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for operating and advancing endpoint experience monitoring, device telemetry, and proactive remediation capabilities across a range of physical and virtual endpoint devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and fine-tune Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tools, such as Zscaler ZDX or Nexthink, where approved and deployed.
• Continuously monitor endpoint experiences encompassing laptops, virtual desktops, and critical colleague devices.
• Detect and analyze device performance issues, trends, and recurring endpoint challenges.
• Offer escalation support for problems related to endpoint performance and digital user experience.
• Collaborate with Tech Bar, Service Desk, End User Computing (EUC), and automation teams by sharing endpoint experience insights.
• Assist in proactive remediation efforts using available tools and permissions.
• Facilitate the integration of DEX insights with ServiceNow platforms and operational reports where applicable.
• Contribute to experience-level agreement (XLA) and experience reporting once baseline and tooling coverage are established.

Prerequisite Skills and Experience

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with DEX/DEM tools such as Zscaler ZDX, Nexthink, or similar.
• Proficiency in endpoint performance diagnostics and telemetry data analysis.
• Familiarity with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and laptop performance issues.
• Understanding of ServiceNow integration and operational reporting functionalities.
• Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable operational improvements.

Operational Dependencies

• Availability of DEX/DEM software licenses.
• Comprehensive endpoint telemetry coverage and agent deployment.
• ServiceNow platform integration and access to reporting tools.
• An agreed-upon baseline for experience measurement.
• Approval of Reporting and Logging Governance (RLG) data policies.

Qualifications

Possession of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or equivalent professional experience.
