Role Overview
Infosys is seeking an Employee Relations Lead in Mysore, Karnataka. The role focuses on POSH governance, case management, committee oversight, policy maintenance, and awareness building across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle compliance matters under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
- Manage the complete POSH case journey, from complaint intake and initial review to investigation coordination, inquiry support, recommendations, and final closure.
- Serve as the main governance lead for POSH execution across different locations and business units.
- Conduct regular reviews of POSH policies and update them in line with changes in law, regulation, and internal business needs.
- Monitor the formation, renewal, and effectiveness of Internal Committees and Local Committees wherever required.
- Ensure that every case is handled impartially, confidentially, within timelines, and in a way that supports procedural fairness.
- Support IC members on inquiry methods, evidence review, natural justice principles, and proper documentation.
- Work with Employee Relations, Legal, HR Business Partners, and leadership teams on recommendations and any follow-up action.
- Maintain reports on case counts, timelines, outcomes, and trends while protecting sensitive data.
- Create and run POSH awareness and sensitization initiatives for employees, managers, committee members, and leadership.
- Support ongoing education through e-learning modules, campaigns, workshops, and induction sessions.
