About the Company
Thakur Exclusive is a manufacturer known for a range of women’s apparel, including unstitched suits, ladies kaftans, anarkali suits, women’s co-ord sets, and other similar products.
Role Overview
The embroidery punching designer will convert artwork, logos, and sketches into machine-ready embroidery files and ensure the designs are practical for production, accurate in output, and aligned with quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert visual artwork, brand marks, and hand-drawn concepts into digital embroidery formats.
- Create and edit embroidery programs using professional CAD/CAM tools such as Wilcom, Tajima DG/ML, Pulse, or EPC Win.
- Set technical stitching details including density, underlay, pull compensation, thread trimming, and stitch sequence.
- Run sampling trials, identify machine or design issues, and fine-tune files for smoother production.
- Coordinate with fashion designers, merchandisers, and machine operators to confirm design feasibility, fabric compatibility, and final quality.
Eligibility
Applicants do not need a graduation degree for this role.
Additional Information
This position is based in Ghaziabad, India. The offered salary range is INR 4,00,000 to INR 9,00,000 per year.
