Job Overview

We are searching for enthusiastic and proactive maintenance personnel who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and devising innovative solutions for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform upkeep and repairs on all mechanical, electrical (M&E), and HVAC systems within the hotel premises, prioritizing health and safety standards.
• Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical heating and ventilation systems to ensure smooth and safe operations of the hotel.
• Service and fix main electrical supply systems including single-phase and three-phase distribution as well as lighting and internal power appliances.
• Support emergency systems such as fire alarms, emergency lighting, batteries, and standby generators.
• Manage control systems related to M&E processes, including equipment like televisions, hair dryers, shaver sockets, and all guest and service elevators.
• Interpret blueprints or sketches to locate wiring and equipment placement ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Utilize a range of tools including power construction machinery, precision measuring instruments, power tools, oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps in maintenance tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably a certified Electrician holding a diploma in electro-technical services and a basic high school education.
• Demonstrated expertise in operating and maintaining electrical equipment.
• Good command of the English language.
• Ability to diagnose faults and effectively repair electrical systems.
