About SpeEdLabs
SpeEdLabs is an AI-driven adaptive learning platform developed by IIT/IIM alumni. It offers customized, practice-oriented learning solutions for students following CBSE and ICSE curricula from Class 7 upwards and provides support for IIT-JEE and NEET exam preparations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for partner schools.
- Oversee the effective rollout of academic programs.
- Organize and lead training sessions and workshops for teachers.
- Track program effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
- Address academic and operational issues promptly.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with school stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance academic delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or related disciplines.
- Have at least two years of professional experience in education or educational technology sectors.
- Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be fluent in the regional language.
- Own a personal laptop for work purposes.
Travel Requirements
The role requires traveling 15 to 20 days each month within the allocated state to engage with partner schools.
Compensation
The monthly salary can go up to ₹30,000.
