Role Overview
SciPro is offering an opportunity within a mid-sized medical device business to take ownership of key e-commerce and marketing initiatives. In this position, you will help shape growth across both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business online channels in an innovative environment.
E-Commerce & Growth Management
- Take full responsibility for the company’s D2C and B2B web shops and keep improving them over time, using a major e-commerce platform such as Magento or Adobe Commerce.
- Track and enhance core online business metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, revenue, traffic, and repeat purchase rate.
- Design and run campaigns for sales, promotions, and product launches that support online revenue growth.
- Manage product content and data, including building, updating, and refining product pages with a strong conversion focus.
- Monitor and improve customer ratings and review presence on platforms such as Trustpilot to strengthen trust and support conversions.
Paid Media, Performance & Email Marketing
- Build, run, and expand a performance marketing approach across important channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic, retargeting, and affiliate marketing.
- Own campaign delivery and optimize continuously with a clear emphasis on return on investment.
- Handle budget planning, forecasting, tracking, and decisions around scaling spend.
- Develop the affiliate channel further, including coordination with partners and commission management.
- Plan and optimize email marketing campaigns that are focused on performance outcomes.
- Lead segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and the ongoing development of CRM activities.
- Be accountable for email channel results, including list health, deliverability, and revenue contribution.
Qualifications
- A degree or comparable qualification in marketing, e-commerce, business administration, or a related subject is required.
- Multiple years of practical experience in online marketing, preferably with a strong e-commerce background.
- Prior experience working with external agencies, partners, or service providers is needed.
- Good working knowledge of SEO, ranging from core concepts to more advanced topics.
- Experience with Magento, Adobe Commerce, or another comparable shop platform is considered an advantage.
- You should bring a strong analytical approach and be comfortable working in a KPI- and data-led environment.
- Fluent English skills in both written and spoken communication are required.
- A proactive, hands-on working style, initiative, and strong communication and collaboration skills are important for success in this role.
