Ecommerce Coach

SHE-com stands as the fastest expanding community for women engaging in ecommerce, seeking a dynamic and insightful ecommerce expert passionate about empowering women entrepreneurs. This role emphasizes genuine ecommerce expertise, not just mindset coaching, to warmly and knowledgeably assist members.

Role Highlights

• This is a front-line, energetic, and interactive position serving as the initial point of contact and ongoing supporter for new members in the programs.
• Engage with members either remotely (preference for Australian-based candidates) or via a hybrid model from the Burleigh office.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide new members through the initial 30 days of their program journey.
• Lead community calls, respond to inquiries, and actively support members within group forums.
• Identify emerging trends, difficulties, and chances to enhance the member experience.
• Assist with issues related to payment access and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
• Collaborate closely with coaching and operations teams to maintain member engagement and empowerment.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses substantial ecommerce knowledge, either from owning a brand or steering growth initiatives.
• Comfortable coaching or providing guidance, regardless of formal coaching certifications.
• Exudes warmth and clarity both on camera and in conversation, uplifting those they interact with.
• Adept at guidance, problem-solving, and celebrating progress.
• Demonstrates friendly, humorous, kind, and clear communication style.
• Fluent in ecommerce vernacular and familiar with online retail dynamics.
• Highly organized, proactive, and committed to active support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Genuine passion for supporting women in business and helping them thrive.
