About the Role

An established oil and gas company in Saudi Arabia is looking for skilled Drillers to enhance its growing onshore drilling operations. Candidates should have a solid foundation in land drilling practices and demonstrate a dedication to safe, efficient, and high-quality work performance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage drilling operations consistent with established procedures to ensure operational success.
• Operate and oversee drilling machinery, maintaining optimal functionality and adhering to safety standards.
• Guide and support rig team members to uphold productivity and work quality.
• Implement well control techniques and enforce health, safety, and environmental guidelines strictly.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least two years of proven experience as a Driller on land-based drilling rigs, specifically within Saudi Arabia.
• Comprehensive knowledge of drilling workflows, well control protocols, and HSE requirements.
• Strong leadership skills coupled with effective communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Relevant industry certifications along with well control accreditations are essential.
