About the Role
Join the dedicated and energetic team within the Medicine Division at Wirral University Teaching Hospital as a Divisional Manager. This vital position collaborates closely with Medical and Nursing leadership to develop and oversee services that ensure excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of strategic plans and business objectives for the Division, ensuring robust performance management and quality governance frameworks are in place.
- Oversee the integration of operational management, service planning, and delivery processes to meet agreed performance standards efficiently and within budget constraints.
- Drive the Divisional transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for improvement and engaging with partners, patients, and stakeholders throughout change processes.
- Provide strong leadership focused on delivering safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care by motivating and empowering teams.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in service management with a track record of successfully leading projects and teams to achieve cost-effective, high-quality patient services.
