The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a background in building or scaling partner or impact-focused initiatives within mission-driven contexts such as nonprofit strategy, public-sector programs, or healthtech. You possess the ability to engage diverse audiences with credibility and are a systems thinker who favors sustainable solutions over temporary fixes.
- Proven experience creating or expanding partner- or impact-oriented functions.
- Strong background in environments combining mission-driven work with operational rigor (e.g., nonprofit, healthcare consulting, public-sector transformation, social impact).
- Comfortable engaging both senior health system executives and community health workers.

- Expertise in data-backed storytelling for reporting and presentations.
- Effective people leadership with emphasis on elevating standards.
- Exceptional communication skills—precise writing, authoritative presentations, and attentive listening.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in management consulting, nonprofit strategy, or public-sector/impact program leadership, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in client- or partner-facing roles with nonprofits, government, or public health sectors.
- Developed large-scale community health, population health, or health equity programs.
- Skilled in translating complex data insights for senior leadership.
