Role Summary

We are seeking Diploma Engineer Trainees to join the H125 Helicopter Final Assembly Line (FAL) located at our facility in Vemagal, Karnataka.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 60% in 10th grade
• Minimum 60% in 12th grade
• Diploma degree holders with at least 70% marks
• Discipline: Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Graduating pass-out year 2026
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment

Working Conditions

Currently, the role operates on a 5-day workweek, with potential flexibility to extend to a 6-day week based on future business needs.

Compensation and Location

• CTC: ₹3.25 Lakhs per annum (includes fixed and variable components)
• Worksite: Vemagal, Karnataka
