Digital Sales Virtual Assistant

Role Overview

TalentPop is hiring a remote Digital Sales Virtual Assistant, also referred to internally as an E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist. This position is designed for a driven sales professional who can turn customer conversations into revenue, support partner brands, and help recover sales opportunities that might otherwise be lost.

The role is performance-led, highly commercial, and suited to someone who enjoys fast-paced work, persuasive outreach, and being rewarded for results. Communication will happen mainly through email, SMS, and live chat to encourage purchases, offer relevant product suggestions, and create a smooth buying experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Follow up with shoppers who abandoned their carts and help bring them back to complete the purchase.
• Use persuasive, tailored messaging to recommend products and increase average order value.
• Deliver responsive customer support while resolving problems quickly to keep transactions friction-free.
• Work with the team to improve outreach efforts, strengthen sales performance, and support continued growth.

Candidate Profile

Technical Setup

You will need your own PC or laptop with an i5 processor or better, a stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speeds, and a quiet, professional space for calls.
