About Dubai Founders HQ

Dubai Founders HQ (DFHQ) is a newly established phygital platform designed to support startups and scaleups, a collaborative initiative between the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) and the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy.

Job Purpose

The role of Digital Growth & Programs Manager is crucial in managing the planning, coordination, and execution of DFHQ's digital projects and the delivery of select flagship programs. Acting at the intersection of business, digital operations, and program management, the incumbent will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure that business requirements for the DFHQ website and digital initiatives are clearly defined, aligned, and delivered in accordance with strategic goals.

Additionally, this position oversees the entire life cycle of chosen flagship programs and supports wider growth and engagement efforts, ensuring coherence between platform features, program execution, and user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and coordination of DFHQ’s digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Convert business needs into specific, prioritized requirements and facilitate their delivery via internal and external teams.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of selected flagship initiatives, including maintaining partner relations and monitoring performance.
  • Supervise the content strategy and deployment of the DFHQ Learning Hub.
  • Work alongside community and growth teams to synchronize platform and program objectives with broader DFHQ engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to enhance CRM processes, user onboarding, and lifecycle management.
  • Oversee multifaceted workflows across digital platforms, program execution, partnerships, operations, and community management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, though a Master’s degree is favored.
  • 8 to 10 years of professional experience in digital platform operations, product management (business focus), growth, digital programs, or program management.
  • Demonstrated ability to define business requirements and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to successfully deliver digital products and programs.
  • Experience in driving user growth, digital engagement, or marketing initiatives that enhance platform performance.
  • Strong familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), web architecture, and digital user experience flows.
  • Experience in startup environments, e-commerce, digital platforms, or innovation ecosystems is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional projects on schedule, within scope, and budget.
