Digital Content Creator

Role Overview

Seeking a motivated and creative Digital Content Creator to develop engaging visual materials that highlight our construction projects, company culture, and brand narrative. The position involves capturing footage on active construction sites, including drone and ground-level shots, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content, then refining this raw material into polished videos for social media channels, company websites, and internal presentations.

Primary Duties

• Design, capture, and edit top-quality video content including project walk-throughs, time-lapses, testimonials, site progress updates, safety briefings, and event coverage.
• Conduct photography and videography on live construction sites while adhering strictly to safety procedures.
• Transform raw recordings into polished, brand-aligned final products suitable for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, websites, and presentations.
• Integrate graphics, motion effects, subtitles, voiceovers, and background music to elevate video appeal.
• Oversee full video production cycle from concept ideation and storyboarding through to final export and publication.
• Collaborate with site engineers and project managers to arrange shoot schedules compatible with construction timelines.
• Maintain a well-organized archive of all raw and edited footage for easy access and retrieval.
• Keep abreast of evolving video trends, editing innovations, and social media formats like Reels and Shorts.
• Assist with photography for marketing materials including brochures and project completion reports.
• Operate and manage technical equipment such as cameras, gimbals, drones, and audio devices.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated 7 months to 4 years of experience in video shooting and editing, supported by a portfolio or reel.
• Practical experience handling DSLR or mirrorless cameras, gimbals, tripods, and audio recording equipment.
• Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable software.
• Basic skills in Photoshop and Illustrator for creating graphics and thumbnails.
• Strong understanding of shot framing, lighting setups, and narrative techniques applicable to both short and long video formats.
• Experience with drone videography is highly advantageous, along with possession of DGCA or relevant drone licenses if applicable.
• Knowledge of specifications and formatting standards for social media platforms.
• Willingness to travel locally and for outstation assignments to construction sites.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites with adherence to PPE and safety guidelines.
• Excellent visual storytelling capability aligned with brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with site personnel and management.

Educational Background

Diploma or degree in Film Making, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or an equivalent field or practical experience is required.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in content creation specifically tailored for real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Familiarity with drone piloting and aerial shot planning techniques.
• Basic knowledge of 3D visualization or animation tools related to project presentations.
• Possession of personal video and drone equipment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive monthly salary between 20,000 and 30,000 INR with the chance to document major construction projects from start to finish and enjoy creative autonomy in content development.
