Job description
Position Overview
Starting September 2026, a talented designer will take creative ownership of three distinct brands under one roof in Nuremberg, Germany. This role offers the chance to manage the entire visual identity and brand expression across multiple platforms with full artistic responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and art direction for all three brands, ensuring consistent and unified branding.
- Create key visual concepts and campaign motifs that establish an unmistakable visual signature for each brand.
- Strategically evolve existing corporate identities and develop new sub-brands as needed.
- Manage design projects from ideation through to final production including business stationery, brochures, flyers, signage, branded merchandise, awards, and event materials.
- Design graphics for social media channels, websites, presentations, and in-practice digital displays.
- Produce and edit video content and social media reels to support marketing and internal communications.
- Coordinate with print and external service providers, compare quotes, and control budgets responsibly.
- Oversee procurement and restocking of branded promotional and business items.
- Contribute to the employer branding initiatives linked to onboarding, welcome gifts, and merchandise.
- Provide occasional administrative support as workload requires.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of two years professional experience, preferably agency or freelance background.
- Formal education in design, marketing, media, or a related field, or equivalent professional training as a media designer.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), video editing software (Premiere), and familiarity with tools like Adobe XD or Figma is a plus.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, MS Office 365 suite, and a keen interest or practical usage of AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT in creative workflows.
- Strong capability to interpret and extend corporate design guidelines independently with a creative vision aligned to each brand's purpose.
- Highly organized, self-reliant, detail-oriented, and quality focused in delivering design solutions.
