About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and responsible Delivery Executive to ensure timely and secure delivery of orders to customers. The candidate must prioritize customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver orders within the assigned region.
- Ensure deliveries are made on schedule.
- Confirm delivery details such as address and contact number before dispatch.
- Collect Cash on Delivery payments when applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries completed.
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safety protocols during deliveries.
