Job Role

The Debt Collector position at GymNation is a full-time, onsite role based in Jeddah focused on recovering overdue payments from members. Core duties include reaching out to members with outstanding dues, negotiating payment solutions, and ensuring cash collections align with GymNation’s policies. Daily activities consist of managing delinquent accounts, updating member records and payment status in internal systems, and generating collection reports. The role collaborates closely with finance and membership departments to resolve billing concerns, respond professionally to member inquiries, and maintain a respectful, cordial manner in all exchanges. The job requires adherence to relevant regulations and company rules, safeguarding confidentiality, and helping foster a positive experience while supporting GymNation’s financial goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experienced in debt and cash collection, adept at managing overdue accounts and pursuit of payment.
• Proficient with financial tools including billing software, spreadsheets, and basic reporting applications.
• Strong communication capabilities that enable professional handling of objections and member-focused interaction.
• Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and accounts efficiently.
• Background in collections, customer service, or finance preferred, especially within subscription or membership-based sectors.
• Familiarity with local debt collection laws and data privacy regulations is beneficial.
• Willingness to work onsite in Jeddah while maintaining confidentiality and upholding company values of respect, inclusivity, and member wellness.
