About the Role

A client partner of Kforce is seeking a Data Quality & AI Analyst to be based in Juno Beach, FL. This role focuses on ensuring the integrity and reliability of enterprise data while supporting the creation and deployment of AI-powered tools that enhance automation, predictive analytics, and operational effectiveness. It encompasses responsibilities across data governance, quality assurance, analytics, and advanced AI technologies aimed at optimizing business processes and strengthening data-driven decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Establish, execute, and maintain standards and controls for data quality and governance frameworks.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze organizational data for inconsistencies, deviations, and quality problems.
  • Carry out data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and normalization activities to enhance data accuracy.
  • Investigate root causes of repeated data quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders to optimize data collection, integration, and management procedures.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track data quality metrics and their trends over time.
  • Support initiatives related to data governance and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in designing, testing, deploying, and monitoring AI and machine learning models that drive operational efficiency and business gains.
  • Engage with engineering, operations, and business units to pinpoint opportunities for AI-enabled automation and intelligent decision-making support.
  • Leverage data analytics and machine learning methods to deliver insightful recommendations and actionable intelligence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines is required.
  • At least three years of professional experience in data quality management, governance, analytics, business intelligence, or closely related fields.
  • Proficient in data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and ongoing data quality monitoring techniques.
  • Experience creating insightful reports and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Business Objects.
  • Familiarity with principles and best practices of data governance.
  • Strong command of SQL and demonstrated competence working with large-scale datasets.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related technical field.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, or AI-driven business solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based analytics and AI platforms.
  • Background in utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Familiar with programming languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript used for analytics and automation tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range provided reflects the range we reasonably expect to pay at posting but may adjust based on qualifications, certifications, experience, performance, location, and other factors. Benefits to eligible employees include comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, Health and Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k) plans, and life, disability, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
