RoShay Services is looking for a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to handle order processing and maintain accurate, timely data records.

Enter orders accurately, adhering to standard processes to achieve same-day shipping targets.
Respond quickly to customer calls and emails, keeping detailed records of communications.
Work collaboratively with teams like Distribution, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to address and resolve shipment issues.
Handle multiple requests simultaneously, escalating complex problems as needed.
Participate in initiatives to enhance workflows and improve procedures.
Report issues proactively to supervisors and follow established order handling protocols.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or similar professional experience.
At least two years of experience in data or order entry or working in customer service roles.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Capable of multitasking and operating effectively under pressure while adapting swiftly to changing situations.
Proficient communication, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities.
Comfortable communicating by phone and skilled in diligent follow-up and time management.
