Role Overview
This part-time, on-site role in California, United States is suited to a Data Entry Analyst who can manage information carefully, support reporting needs, and help maintain dependable business records. The position combines routine data entry with light analysis, validation, and documentation work to keep operational information accurate and useful.
What You’ll Do
- Input new information and keep existing records updated across databases and internal platforms
- Check records for correctness, completeness, and consistency before they are used for reporting or operations
- Spot missing fields, mismatched data, and other irregularities, then help resolve them
- Carry out basic analysis and validation to support business decisions and reporting accuracy
- Prepare summaries, reports, and other data-related documentation as required
- Contribute to data quality and information integrity efforts
- Sort, maintain, and organize digital files, records, and datasets
- Work with internal teams to fix data issues and keep information current
- Handle sensitive information carefully and follow all data-handling rules
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and general administrative work when needed
