Job Overview
This full-time position offers a hybrid work environment based mainly in Munich, Bavaria, with flexible in-office and remote days from Monday to Friday. The Data Analyst will engage in routine activities including data modeling, performing statistical analyses, and collaborating with clients to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data modeling and statistical analysis regularly.
- Serve as a liaison for effective communication with clients.
- Participate in technical project management and support customer success initiatives.
- Contribute actively to continuous improvements of company products.
- Work closely with company founders and clients to aid project implementation and stimulate innovation.
Requirements
- Fluency in German is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong analytical capabilities and prior experience in data analytics.
- Competency in statistical methods and using related analysis tools.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with data modeling techniques.
- Ability to collaborate productively in a team setting.
- Technical project management experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
- Background in international trade or logistics is advantageous but not essential.
