About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a partner company associated with Haystack, looking for a Data Analyst to join their team in Milwaukee, WI. This role focuses on reviewing and enhancing current manual workflows, suggesting effective improvements, and utilizing tools such as Excel and VBA to automate and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine existing manual processes to identify areas for enhancement.
• Define problem parameters and critically assess possible alternative approaches.
• Create solutions aimed at process improvement, frequently using Excel and VBA programming.
• Promote operational excellence and influence the strategic direction of the business.
• Contribute meaningfully to the growth and success of the company.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Excellent analytical abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in developing queries, generating reports, and effectively communicating analytical outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
• Experience with VBA or equivalent programming skills.
• Prior exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is highly desirable.
