Role Overview

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity based in West Palm Beach, FL, with an annual salary range of $65,000 to $80,000. The position requires working onsite five days a week and focuses on transforming business data into actionable insights to guide smarter organizational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business operations.
• Analyze operational and financial datasets to uncover trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business teams to grasp their reporting requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Enhance and automate reporting workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Handle large volumes of data to facilitate decision-making processes.
• Diagnose data inconsistencies and enhance data quality standards.
• Produce custom reports and analytics upon request for leadership.
• Assist with ongoing business intelligence and reporting projects.

Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including in-depth knowledge of functions, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience using visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adeptness at working collaboratively with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with programming languages like Python, R, JavaScript, or VBA.
