Role Overview
We are seeking an Arabic-speaking Customer Support Specialist to deliver prompt, professional, and empathetic service to customers in a remote setting. This role acts as a primary contact for customer questions and concerns, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and maintaining a high standard of support across every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries by email, chat, or phone in Arabic, and in English when needed.
- Share clear and accurate information about products, services, and procedures.
- Communicate in a courteous, professional, and understanding manner.
- Support customers with troubleshooting and resolution of routine issues.
- Investigate the underlying cause of problems and help customers reach a solution.
- Escalate complex, delicate, or unresolved matters to the right internal team.
- Record every customer interaction in CRM or other support tools.
- Monitor open tickets and follow up until the matter is closed.
- Keep customer information complete, correct, and current.
- Meet internal quality and communication standards in all responses.
- Manage complaints with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
- Identify repeated issues and contribute ideas for service improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
- Stay informed about product updates, policy changes, and process revisions.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic, with good English communication skills.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication ability.
- Customer-first attitude with patience and empathy.
- Comfort working on several tasks in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital tools.
- Good problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently from a remote location.
- Prior experience in customer support is an added advantage.
