Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Arabic to join our remote team and deliver outstanding assistance to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries through email, chat, or telephone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve typical customer concerns promptly.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions within CRM platforms.
- Ensure adherence to high service quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance support processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker with good command of English.
- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a home-based environment.
- Experience using CRM software tools.
