Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their concerns proactively over phone calls.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by actively listening, understanding issues empathetically, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Accurately document all customer conversations and details using CRM systems.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to handle escalated or complex customer problems.
• Achieve set performance indicators, including metrics like first call resolution, average handle time, and call abandonment rates.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal, suitable for interacting with international clients.
• Capacity to work in rotational shifts, including possible night shifts aligned with US timings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with close attention to detail.
• Eagerness to swiftly grasp and adapt to new processes and workflows.

Additional Information

• Starting salary for freshers is 22,000 INR per month.
• Work location: Bangalore.
