Responsibilities & Requirements
- Availability to work Saturdays from 3 PM to 9 PM and Sundays from 2 PM to 6 PM
- Previous experience in customer service
- Familiarity with customer service platforms
- Strong written communication skills, especially for WhatsApp and email correspondence
- Organized and quick in handling tasks
- Proactive approach to solving issues
- Residency in the state of Rio Grande do Sul
- Contract type: Legal Entity (Pessoa Jurídica - PJ)
Differential Skills
- Knowledge of administrative and commercial routines
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools, particularly intermediate Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail

Compensation
