Customer Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Demand and Customer Integrated Supply Planning (ISP) team.
• Enhance operational efficiency by optimizing daily decision-making processes.
• Provide leadership and development guidance to a team of 10 members.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing customer logistics, demand planning skills with a preference for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) expertise, and solid knowledge of warehousing and managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs). You should be capable of strategic thinking as well as supporting the team hands-on.

• Expertise in customer management within developed market environments.
• Strong background in demand and supply planning, supply chain management including warehousing and domestic/international freight.
• Excellent communication, prioritization skills, and ability to deliver against diverse KPIs.
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain factors and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary supply chain teams, fostering capability growth and a performance-driven culture.
