About the Role
Cymulate provides Continuous Security Validation, helping organizations continuously test, measure, and improve their cybersecurity posture as threats evolve. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for technical queries and escalations, working closely with Support, Product Management, and other internal teams.
- Partner with customers to build success plans that define important goals and KPIs, then guide them toward those outcomes while tracking progress and sharing results internally and externally.
- Work with account management teams to support and secure contract renewals.
- Spot opportunities to broaden the customer’s use of Cymulate across the wider organization.
- Lead proof-of-concept activities for upsell opportunities and contribute to pilot outcome presentations, QBRs, and ABRs for key accounts.
Desired Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer success or project management, with a strong history of handling major accounts.
- Background in cybersecurity, along with solid analytical and project management capabilities.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the confidence to make independent decisions.
- Ability to identify issues and escalate them internally so they can be resolved with the technical support team.
- Demonstrated success in building long-term relationships with enterprise clients, supporting customer outcomes, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with comfort engaging stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite role based in Singapore.
