Role Overview
Lysaght, a historic Australian steel building products brand since 1921, seeks a Customer Service Representative for its Darwin team. This role entails acting as the primary contact for customers, ensuring outstanding service by handling orders, quotations, and inquiries related to products and pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone and email to manage quotations and respond to queries.
- Follow up on quotes and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as warehouse and sales to meet customer product specifications, packaging needs, and delivery schedules.
- Continuously seek improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and value proposition.
- Collaborate with logistics and internal stakeholders to optimize cost efficiencies, resolve problems, and elevate the customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A customer-centric mindset with proven problem-solving abilities.
- Eager to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
Employment Details
This position offers flexible work hours, either permanent part-time from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM or full-time Monday through Friday, based on candidate preference.
