Job Overview
We are a company providing medical services to travelers. As a Customer Service Operator, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our patients and clients, delivering friendly and efficient support.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule teleconsultations through our platform for patients requesting service.
- Handle incoming phone calls from patients and clients.
- Respond to messages via WhatsApp and email.
- Provide information about services, availability, case statuses, and manage incidents or complaints.
- Forward inquiries that require medical evaluation to our medical team.
Requirements
- Residency in any Latin American country.
- Ability to work as an independent contractor/freelancer.
- Availability to work 8-hour shifts at either of these Madrid times: 11:00 to 19:00 or 19:00 to 02:00.
- Willingness to work Monday through Sunday on a rotating schedule of 5 workdays and 2 days off.
- Possession of a computer and headphones with a microphone.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer-oriented skills.
- English proficiency is not mandatory but highly appreciated.
