Job Overview
This role is designed for delivering quality services to customers who have already joined the Maersk ecosystem. Key tasks range from managing communication channels, handling cases, onboarding and nurturing customer relationships, to overseeing contracts and disputes among other responsibilities.
Work Schedule
The position involves working in a rotating Sunday to Thursday shift pattern.
Role Scope
The administrative function supports others by performing specialized technical, operational, or administrative duties. Positions vary from entry-level roles requiring close supervision to experienced contributors who independently execute tasks following standard procedures with occasional deviations for problem resolution.
Colleagues operate on tasks that have a narrow focus and limited complexity, using independent judgment within set boundaries and generally under supervision. Experience is built through formal training and practical, on-the-job learning within a specific field. Should complex issues arise, these are escalated to senior team members or supervisors.
