Overview

Km Infotech Solutions is seeking motivated individuals to join as Implementation Executives in their expanding software firm. The role involves understanding and implementing company software solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Grasp and master the company’s software products.
• Support customers in installing and utilizing the software package effectively.
• Conduct demonstrations and training sessions to educate users.
• Address client queries via phone, WhatsApp, and remote assistance tools.
• Collaborate with the technical department to share user feedback and suggest enhancements.
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers.
• Visit client sites when necessary for hands-on implementation and training.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation degree in any discipline.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi; basic knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Fundamental computer literacy.
• Ability to learn quickly and possess problem-solving capabilities.
• Positive mindset with eagerness to engage directly with customers.
