Role Overview
The Crew Member position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic fast-food restaurant that values quality and service. Employees prepare food daily by hand with no freezers or microwaves, receiving comprehensive training across multiple stations such as grilling, cashiering, prepping, salsa, and expo. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a friendly atmosphere for patrons.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food items by hand in line with Chipotle standards.
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment for customers and team members.
- Maintain excellent customer service consistent with company expectations.
Requirements
- Possess a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Have a passion for assisting and serving customers and coworkers.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the workplace.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay ranging from $17.60 to $18.60 per hour depending on experience, skills, and education.
- Tuition assistance up to $5,250 annually.
